Making phpWebSite themes yourself *is* possible. In fact, for phpWebSite, that is easier than for most other CMSs I have looked at. And I have looked at quite a few before switching to phpWebSite.

A brief line-out, which probably also works for different CMS systems:

repeat, until finished. With practice, you will get faster and faster. Of course, if you have concrete questions about that, please use the forums provided here to discuss them!
